EXCLUSIVE: Ettridge action against Abbott continues — in Canberra

30 July, 2013

IS: "TS, would you want our PM going overseas and saying that publicly to another Country's PM ?

If not Why is it OK  for Tony Abbott to do it here to our PM ?"

IS,  the difference being domestic local politics as opposed to OS foreign affairs/diplomacy. Have you perhaps ever noticed coverage of OS domestic politics, parliamentary riots, fights, insults, assassinations etc between parties and/or leaders?

Next Rudd will be repeating Poor Me!

Myopic Tongues2 Small.jpg

I'm coming in late to this thread, and yes I thought Mr Abbott was rude in saying "does this guy ever shut up" about Mr Rudd.

I didn't actually watch the debate but I heard the transcript of that segment on the news this morning and thought Mr Rudd equally rude, though,  in butting in at least 3 times  while Mr Abbott was trying to speak.

IS: "even to the extent of being involved with the jailing of inncocent Australians"

What is it with the CS history "buffs", especially as this topic was debated to death  here a long while ago?

Conclusions of the Crime and Misconduct Commission Jan 2004

"The Commission is of the opinion that no misconduct or other impropriety has been
shown to have been associated with the conduct of the litigation concerning Ms
Hanson and Mr Ettridge, or with the police investigations leading to the prosecution.
The Commission also found no evidence of political pressure or other improper
influence or impropriety.
The Commission found nothing to show a failure to accord due process, in
accordance with the rule of law, to Ms Hanson and Mr Ettridge. In particular, the
involvement of Tony Abbott in events leading up to the institution of proceedings to
deregister the party did not produce or constitute a failure of due process."

"Sadly" the attempt to regurgitate history have almost been overlooked by the media. However I discovered this:

"Chances are Ettridge will obtain an anti-Abbott lawyer to help him pursue his exotic and quixotic legal adventure, that was clearly the reason for making his claims public"

except that from what I saw, Mr Rudd was answering a question at the time and Mr Abbott butted in, Mr Rudd attempted to complete his answer.

perhaps there is such evidence or it may be ordered now MM

no...Tony Abbott has the bro bono Lawyers ...David Ettridge is paying his for his

Tony Abbott has said enough in the past to contradict himself Woman Wink

and we continue to see a man without a spine who thinks he can say and do as he pleases ...no need to acknowledge it ,remember it let alone apologise  publicly for it .No promise off or sign of change as we have seen and are seeing here .

What he says and does should be OK by everyone

and

his ..don't take anything he says as Gospel Truth unless it is scripted....is a way of him excusing himself .

why wouldn't she explain what he did or said, instead of "hinting"?

it's a secret Az

a secret? or a strategy?
