When they happened upon each other at the airport lounge, Mr Abbott said to Ms Gillard, "You've been through a pretty tough time" and "she agreed that yes, it had been a pretty tough time but that was the kind of thing that tended to happen in the rough and tough business we're in".

Of-course, politicians are civil to each other outside of parliament, some are even friends with members of the opposite party, it cuts both ways.

LNP has class and ethics and morals.

As said above, these leaflets are most likely a hoax & I am sure they are investigating.

Class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? LOL Cat LOL  Abbott really struggled with conversation through the program and could not produce salad without his daughters' help.  Not that cooking is a prerequisite for being a good PM, but neither is jumping through tyres or cycling fast.  However, being a good engaging speaker able to converse with other heads of state would help.

NW, If you believe that he didn't do it  and in the OP the word slander is written ...why are you using slander and smear tactics here?

not only against this man ...but many others as well .

It could for all anyone knows have been done by a 16 year old or a Member or Volunteer for another party ....ie;a smear campaign ???

It's called astroturfing I think ?

I couldn't agree with you more .This will ,I believe be noted in history ...in the mean time we to think about Australians.

Australians attacking Australians on the basis of financial status, employment, race, religion, country of birth, means of arrival in Australia (at times it seems almost like it's a who's more Australian...which refugee/which australian came the 'suposedly right/wrong way/who's been in this Country the longest...in some sort of fight for superiority) ', gender, someone's appearance, sexual preferences, age, health and level of ability ,state of health ,level of education or anything else.If it's happening now and it's in any way being justified in order to support someone who could be our next PM...

what lies ahead ?
