Went out for dinner last night, lovely bbq, spicy baby octopus for me it was yum.

No frog pic yesterday but I did one of a seascape...it was just okay.

Bit cool and cloudy here, might get some showers which would be good. Nice day to read a book...well, after the housework...looks like a bomb's gone off and it's only OH and me lol  Hmm, think I'll blame the cats !

Had a visit to the nursing home to see FIL yesterday but missed seeing my grand girls.

Phone call last night to say that FIL was assaulted by his room mate, apparently he had woken him as he got up to use the bathroom.

As soon as he realised what he had done, he was very apologetic but FIL is very shaken and has skin off his neck, hands and arms. I am finding it difficult to not go get him. 😞

How frightening for your FIL, I would ask that he at least be shifted to another room 🙂

There is no other room sadly but are renovating to give them all their own rooms.

I know it was out of character for the man to do it but FIL is a gentle soul and it is so sad he had to experience that. I really want to move him closer to us but there isn't anything and we have him on waiting lists.
