she is at high risk for melonamas and has had a map done of her whole body & is being checked all the time

 

she was always out in the sun, at the beach and snow skiing

 

 

she also had no idea that she had melanoma either until it was discovered by a specialist

I met a gentleman some years ago who was wearing a compression sleeve like mine, it was sweltering and my arm was itchy, fingers swelling............

He said "we are the lucky ones, aren't we?" with a beaming smile.

I must have looked at him like he had too heads......and he then said "we are the lucky ones, the others are 6 foot under"

I was feeling pretty miserable up to that point, so I appreciated what he said and have never forgotten it.

A guy on the Mix breakfast show this morning on Double  Or Quits quiz gambled $15.000 to double up for the next question which would've got him $30,000

 

He started off with $30 the first question was "What colour is an orange?" Then he had a straight run til the last question "who was the author of Fantastic Mr Fox?" Answer "Roald Dahl".

He wanted to quit, then they started working on him. Take the $15.000, or double it $30.000?

He chose to double and lost.

 

Oh that was so bad.

 

The question was "which female politician recently had her picture photoshopped over a bikini picture?"

His answer "Penny Wong"

 

Omg, I felt so bad for him.

 

The answer of course was Sarha Hanson-Young.
