I used to wear cork wedgies about 35 years ago when they were the "in" thing. Me and 3 kids, 3, 5, and 10 checked into a hotel in Surfers....went over on my ankle and had my kids putting ice on it. Master 3 was "helping" too, until I discovered he was putting his hand in the milk and dabbing that on!!

I love wedges. I've got a bright yellow pair to wear to my sons wedding. Hope there's not too many guests who think I have some sort of physical impairment
I'm a size 8, sadly, otherwise I'd snap up your offer.

I like this thread...lots of interesting things.
I now have apic in my head of a headless skwerl roller skating in yellow wedges while playing netball with a dog called taffy defending the ball, on a court surrounded by daffodils drinking smoothes.
keep it up please lol

I've just hurt my foot
I bent down to pick something up off the laundry floor and something twisted and now I can't put any weight on it. I was just about to go for a lovely walk on the beach too

Grab an ice bag and sit down with your foot raised up for a little while Lurker. It will help with any swelling or bruising and hopefully it will be ok in a little while.
