Good luck!  it'll be hard to see a little ringtail in daylight though, their nests just look like a big bird's nest in the tree.

We have a possum but I thought he slept at the top of the palm tree because I distured him one trying to reach up and pick proteas beside the palm tree

Maybe it's a crow.  They are supposed to be able to mimic other sounds and birds and animals.

The ice cream sounds interesting joono, how would you describe the taste?

I haven't experimented with the ice cream maker yet but would like to try something different.  Most of the recipes seem complicated or am I just reading the wrong ones !

I will message you the recipe if you would like, Soul.  It's quite simple.  For me the avocado just added a lot of smoothness rather than flavour.  I just did it by hand but I'm sure it would  be great in an ice cream maker and less messy.
