Are you sure about that? I'm not an expert and I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will be along son, but I thought if no postage iwas quoted then clicking on "pay now" would simply bring up the price in the listing.


That is NOT quite true.  All you have to do is to insert 0 in the postage space and you can pay.  Also, once you decline the mutual cancellation, the seller cannot open NPB dispute; unless something changed in the past few weeks.
