The real pic of the tree really is fantastic....I think it could be in NZ, as the face on the left has tribal tattoos.  I'll post another pic that might show more detail.

Gill, I'm not really sure where the tree is, I thought NZ too, becasue of the facial tattoos but will try to remember to ask my friend who gave me the pic where she got it from.  When one of OH's brothers was younger he was going to get tribal tatts on his face....thankfully he didn't (he looks scary enough as it is lol) and you have to actually earn the tattoos and get permission.

I'm still working on the big painting.

I wasn't happy with how it was turning out, so I left it unfinished. As for the copyright symbol, I just copied and pasted it from the internet. 🙂

What is it that you're not happy with moonlight ?

You never know, someone may come up with a solution to whatever it is that doesn't feel "right" to you.

Well, my pencils didn't give me the colours that I wanted, and the colours that I used don't look right. It just looks wrong.
