A beautiful day here today - unlike what you are experiencing over east. Hope it all eases for you and that tonight is a little calmer.
Flashie, can you not just stretch the silicone moulds (or molds - never sure which) to make the chocolate come away from the sides and then they will just sort of fall out?
I have never used them but I thought that was an advantage of them - will be interested to read other ideas from those here more knowledgeable than me about them.
