Purplecarrot-top, seeing it has to be your own work, the photo would be on your computer.

The easiest way is to click on the little tree and when the browse sign comes up, click on that and go to your picture folder.

Just click on the photo and open it and it will upload.

I generally click the medium size then "insert photo".
