As to what constitutes Child Sexual Abuse it may be worth the 21 year old adult looking that up  so that their SMS contents doesn't fall into that category.See also adult kissing etc.There is a possibility that the parents may have a problem with it and may even consider what is going on as grooming .The Law may well support their thinking?
