I was watching tv as I was getting ready for work and saw all the devastation and got very emotional... 

I saw the damage from the tornado and it brought back memories of Australia day and I knew exactly how everyone felt... 

I watched flooded rivers and people in evacuation centers... 

my heart goes out to everyone... 

I think there needs to be a permanent emergency levy of .5% 

It would be small and easy to pay and everyone can pay it but if you are in a year where you get impacted and get an emergency payment you don't have too.
