yes poor people are soooooo annoying.

whether these people are well off.. i saw recently in their expensive surfer designer clothing....or not, 

for whatever reasons they have for cleaning car windows at busy intersections at 40+ degree heat, must be mad and are a menace to society.

yes they are a menace to society and are a danger to themselves.. other states have thought so too and cracked down on them for the safety of all

Why would it need to be rinsed off? I buy a gallon of stuff that doesn't freeze and doesn't need to be rinsed off. Besides, when using it...it's wet out and your car gets covered in road salt. After I go through a car wash....Hmmm, guess it does need to be rinsed off, lol.

You could take the tube that leads to wiper blades and aim it to the side....give them a rinsing!
