Bluecat, the mead place is called Bartholemews - about 9k from Denmark on the Walpole side. They have several different honey wines. My favourite is metheglen, which is meant to to be mulled (heated) It is really good for snuggling up with by a log fire on a cold evening.

Johnny Depp, mulled mead, log fire...... hmmm.....mmmm....
