I have never had scallops served with the roe on and I remove it at home.

It used to be called the collar or something along those lines, can anyone remeber what the orange bit used to be called?

buzz that is why I love my sister so much come the 1st December every year and I keep telling her how great she is until Boxing Day.

I prefer Spanner crabs and have chosen to only eat then for about 10 years now, I won't touch mud crabs anymore unless I accidently catch one on the very odd occasion I go fishing.
