But I think I have to get rid of the silky frizzy she's getting picked on and keeps hiding under a bush from the rooster.

I didn't know that. Well my original chick is ready to lay then as she has nice red combs. I was looking at that the other day.

You need to watch out and make sure it wasn't one of your chooks. If they get the taste of eggs then they'll keep doing it.
Wait and see if it happens again, then keep them in their coop and see if it happens again.

Yeah I'll keep an eye out. We had been keeping the door only slightly open for fear the crows were eating the seed but today it was wide open and we've been out.
hopefully crows. The only way to stop chooks eating eggs is to put them on the dinner table.
