I hear you and many times i think wouldnt it be nice to just have a house thats perfect and finished, but, we couldnt afford a house like that.
The new houses being built now are on half size blocks or they are far out of town.
We have a huge 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area house on a huge corner block only half hour from the CBD and 10 min from the beach. We got it for a great price because it was outdated.
Sure, we could happily live in it the way it was when we bought it but we want to make it our own
