Welcome to it.

Honestly OP?......I am very careful these days to do my best in ascertaining what my foodstuffs 'are' and what 'extras' they have in them and where they came from - 'source'....before I purchase and consume.

Fruit, veg and meat seem to have more and more contaminants in them everyday.

Meat in moderation is healthy for us - but the contaminants could be lethal.....the build up in our bodies I'm talking about.

Same with fruit and veg.

It is a real worry. I used to be concerned about processed stuff and avoid most things that are mass produced. Now my concerns are with our supposed 'fresh' foods because of the hormones in the foodstuffs fed to the 'meat' foods, the herbicides and agricultural 'medications' used to protect the soils and plants from pests and increase growing times.......it's a veritable nightmare.

The death sentences that we are inflicting on ourselves is serious.

cos you are using half-truths and outdated stuff  and i thought you might want to educate yourself better which is alas impossible if you are ignorant of your ignorance.

So where do you perceive my ignorance to lie?

In giving you kudos?

Hello, everyone. This thread is getting a little interpersonal and heated.

Could we please bring the discussion back to a less interpersonal and heated state Thanks!

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

I never said you lied.

Nothing is nicer than a large thick piece of rump...but it`s gotta be tender....I'm rather partial to a fat continental sausage too..

I couldn't live without meat, I love it.
