That's not fair Amber. Surely someone here can whip you up one, even a digital one. Everyone has to have a birthday cake.

BTW I am ldging a protest vote.  This thread is totally unfair to untalented, khaki handed cake makers, particularly the ones who leave half of the cake stuck to the sides of the bakinig tin. STOP THE THREAD!

 Started a new one just for you

 

We call these 'bottle cakes'. This was for a blokes 50th birthday, but shes done Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Bundaberg rum. And has promised Hubs a Wild Turkey one for his 40th. LOL.

 

I didnt make it, just took the pic. Not really sure what this challenge is about, voting cakes or voting best photos?

Voting for photos viewers like the most (featuring birthday cakes, photos taken by the poster)? No requirement that the poster has to make the cake.

I know someone who would have loved the Harry Potter cake a few years ago, probably would still like one now.
