Love your dolphins and your possum, tcm, but our possums are considerably different. The bloody things keep me awake some nights when they thump across my roof to get to the fruit on my lilli-pilli tree, and they're so common that I haven't even bothered to photograph them.
They will come down and take fruit directly from your hand but you need to be careful as they have extremely sharp teeth and claws and can rip you to shreds if you're not careful. I guess they're so 'tame' because they know exactly how strong they are. 🙂
