My flushes last 1 minute to five minutes, but seems like 1/2 hour

 

It's when you get them for maybe 2 minutes,   but they keep on

coming every 15 minutes.  Then they're a killer

 

I hope I'm past that now and only get them maybe 5 times a day/night now

Does it make you dizzy like when you get overheated normally?

 

are you supposed to drink extra water to counteract it?
