i have socks and slippers on! and even a blanket under my feet so they don't touch the floor! - had to keep having warm showers to get em warm for a while
i meant how long - as in 1 hf, minutes/hours?. cold feet, i call it cold ladies foot thingy.

Ha - the was sitting here before with the heaters all on - wearing shiorts, no shirt or shoes - doors open
I turned off the heaters and tossed him a blanket..

yes, hope it makes it to my feet, at this rate by the time I have been introduced to mp and gotten over it i will be a block of ice.

I take it you get cold feet a lot?
Hoping today was a one off, it's really uncomfortable
yes, had cold feet before obviously, but usually a hot shower and into socks etc does the trick - but not today, and it wasn't all that cold here

dr checked it out, just one of those things - electric foot warmer is the best - but have hot flushes to look forward to.

yeah well, will be looking at how to head those off at the pass
you don't get it till you're about 50 so there's plenty of time
you would think someone had ionvented a cure by now.

the name should be changed for a start, its horrible.
Mine was "all over, red rover" by the time I was 45. But I didn't really have a menopause, I just stopped menstruating.
