That reply button really does have a lot to answer for. Occasionally I will reply to the person I am talking to, as in with my post before this one.

If I'm just carrying on with a conversation then I just click on the reply button in the last post.

The bottom line is whatever they may mean, they are completely mistaken - nobody has (is obliged) to accept anybody in any capacity if they don't want to.

The reply feature(last posters name shows) is an issue.

I don't think that had anything to do with a poster assuming the opening post is all about them though.

the benefit of any internet chat board or social network site is that you dont have to actually accept anyone if you dont want to.

Simply leave the group or kick them out
