Eww indeed. I can't see the point in having a toothpick hanging out your mouth all day long... As Joel Madden (The Voice) appears to do as well. I would want to snatch it out of the persons mouth.
Ciggie replacement, he's done it for a few years. I know of a couple of actors etc do the same thing.
There are toothpicks in the house somewhere, in the holder as Mugs described. I haven't a clue where, as Hubs pet hate is any kind of wood or cardboard in the mouth. He can't watch someone eat a ice cream off a popstick and hates seeing me drink iced coffee from a carton. Use of toothpicks in the house is discouraged. LOL.
