The Press Council do not INVESTIGATE issues of racism. They CONSIDER complaints from the public.

They considered a complaint from one person in 2010. The complaint was dismissed when the Press Council reviewed the article.

And I repeat that the 2010 article was about Carltons view on the Palestine/Israel and was not anti-semetic as you keep suggesting.
