My laptop has died :(

It may have had something to do with me dropping it on the concrete path ............

Anyhoo, off we went to NRMA to claim under our portable home contents insurance and guess what? It's not covered 😞 seems we didn't tick that particular box (if there ever was one) - portable electronic devices. NOT COVERED!!!

I don't think I'm going to bother replacing it. I seem to be able to do most things on my iPad and when I need more I'll just go in the dungeon (err study) and use the PC there.

Annoying though 😞

Awww Lurker that's sad sneaky Insurance companies make up the rules as they go along.

 

I remember my Mum trying to claim after a hail storm cracked roof tiles and the rain leaked into her kitchen. They told her they don't cover roof tiles Smiley Mad She had been Insured with the same Insurance Company for 40yrs without a claim.
