Any person that felt "slurred" can taken an action.  Why they did not?  Because stating a fact, or depicting it in cartoon is NOT a slur.  And it is a fact that Israelis have been sitting on the hill and watching as Gaza was being bombed, and cheered. 

To mention that has nothing to do with Jewish people in Australia.  Unless they also cheered as they watched Gaza being flattened, and innocent people being killed, maimed and left homeless, in city without drinkable water and without power.
