It is not about showing everything. One thing when it is in a context of a story. Totally different when it is a pathetic man flashing his bits for no reason at all. Maybe he felt nobody is taking about him anymore. If he did it on the street he would be arrested. If it was done deliberately, it just show how pathetic he is.
