probably not(the ground oatmeal),i don't either. it's very...well.. it has a slimy feel,like cream of wheat does. i'm a little picky with textures... it's why i don't salt my watermelon,it makes it mushy. 

my hubby likes white pepper on fresh tomatoes,he says it gives them"zing". no clue what he means,as i'm allegic to fresh tomatoes,so i can't try it. 

we just got 5 homegrown tomatoes from a friend,and the man is gorging on them! i TRIED to stop him,but he's stubborn. 

when he wakes up with heartburn, i will remind him that i DID try to stop him. and then make him some bicarb,because i love him.:)

Mum learnt from an elderly relative, to sprinkle sugar over tomatoes and lettuce on the serving plate.
