My creamed rice recipe is simple.

Cook rice in milk, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Um I dont think I've ever made rice pudding... I'd be googling the recipe for that one lol

them's the rules............ I cheated a bit cos I had already done a few

Basmati rice is fine. I would use sugar and vanilla essence.

If you are going to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top then use less sugar in the rice.

I also sprinkle nutmeg sometimes.
