I wanted to give a kudo to The Great She El but she hasn't posted yet.

She's smart & complex on the rare time i read here.Also 1 time she posted a thread & a few  people had a go at her & demanded apologies for not researching what she posted.Even though i said nothing i was upset for her.

My creamed rice recipe is simple.

Cook rice in milk, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

You're welcome 🙂 I think cooking rice that way is the easiest and tastiest way of cooking it (apart from the good old rice cooker) 

Um I dont think I've ever made rice pudding... I'd be googling the recipe for that one lol

them's the rules............ I cheated a bit cos I had already done a few

Basmati rice is fine. I would use sugar and vanilla essence.

If you are going to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top then use less sugar in the rice.

I also sprinkle nutmeg sometimes.

I did that but I got toast 😞
