For a start greencat, please don't reheat chicken if you don't know what you are doing.  Goodness!  Left over take away chicken should only be eaten cold straight from the fridge the next day.

I'm not a good cook but I love following recipes and I save them when they really work out well.  KF I wouldn't even waste the fridge space.

Speaking of kudos..........I guess folks here are too young to appreciate songs from the 60's........I mean, for gosh shake, who wouldn't kudo  "The Rain, The Park, and Other Things", or "Rainy Days and Mondays"?  Not to mention "Rhapsody In The Rain" or "Rain On The Roof".......
