We cooked it in the slow cooker the other night. We'd made beef osso bucco, we took the meat out of the cooker, added couscous and a bit of boiling water to the tomatoes (can of tomatoes added to osso bucco) and let it cook. Then we added more butter (I like butter).
Couscous is as easy to cook as rice is.

Oh okaaaay Katy! Lol
I was confused on the no cooking part.
Trader Joes actually has a really good couscous mix with directions and I've made that before, but I thought maybe people might make their own versions of it or season it differently somehow and I was afraid someone might ask me how I make mine.
