write your post but then go into the top tab and select 'white' as your new colour.
To do this you have to first use your mouse to 'highlight' your original post then hit the arrow button to bring down all the colours then 'click' on the 'white' colour.
Your original post will appear to 'disappear' but on re-highlighting it it will 'appear'.....

I didn't think to change the color afterwards.
