Next time you have a nice big piece of broccoli, get the main stem and cut all the sides off until you only have the soft centre.

Then eat it raw.

It's a very nice crunchy nutty flavour and healthy. Smiley Happy

Funny about that.  When I do a stir fry, I throw out the flowerettes.

I do eat broccolini, won't pretend i like it much though. 

Again. just the stems.  

It's the texture of the tops makes makes it blerk for me
