Deb, you can get sweetened cherries or the unsweeten which would be pretty sour I would think. Woolworths had cherries yesterday for $12 kg The select brand (woolworths) are $4.10 for a 415g can.

That wasn't written in my 'pain plan', so no didn't know that.
Don't like to take painkilers continuosly. Doc said no pain, don't need 'em
Freddie, I've lived with pain my whole life, since I was a kid, had
arthritis. Learned to ignore everyday pain, unless it's a big 'owie'
Then I take something.

I would go for the sweetened variety Freddie, known for being a bit of a sweet tooth here.
Stawka i hope you get some relief from that pain.

Same here Deb, I don't do sour well ![]()
Stawks when my onco told me to take 6 x daily I thought OMG what!! But he explained it as being a slow release pain relief, not a medication to be taken when you have pain. When you have pain you need a top up of whatever you get relief from. You poor little chooky stawks, prolonged severe pain can have you wanting to jump off the nearest high mountain.
I'm just a sooky wimp, my bout of pain luckily is bearable I can go for weeks/months where it's manageable and out of the blue it becomes a problem. Mine is a side effect of the BC medication if I log into the BC website I realise how lucky I am some of the stories I read there have me slapping myself.

The pain I can live with. It can be managed.
It's the horrible swelling of fingers and feet (not all at once)
You would be the same.
My older sister finally got arthritis and exclaimed "My god, is this
the pain you've had since you were a kid?' Wimp couldn't handle it, lol
