When My Dad bought it it was terribly neglected and run down, he restored it himself. His place of business was on the premises. When he sold the business and home at retirement he subdivided the land and build a home next to this home I have many happy memories in that home growing up with my 4 brothers.

Lovely old home Freddie, so much character

Every room had a fire place with a marble mantel piece, the stair case had the big round ball on the hand rail at the top and bottom it also had really high ceilings.

We spent the day at the state championships today!
After being off his bike for 7 weeks due to a broken ankle my son placed 2WA.
The weather was awful got soaked a few time and I'm still freezing!

Unfortunately, it's not only potted plants that can be "souvenired", someone I know had 10 newly planted azaleas stolen overnight.

 

The thief couldn't have been a true gardener to do that.
