Morning all.  Well, I have to find a constraining bra because I HAVE to go out. 

Off to the banks for Term Deposit time.  Percentages is the name of the game..

I find, like insurance offices, that a better deal on rates happens when you "front" up in person.

The stress of going public and a poor night's sleep will see the nana nap upon return.

I have had a new deck railing (height/spacings now in compliance) installed and have to get around to sanding and painting that in the cooler part of the day.  Not a rush job thankfully.

Loved looking at the rose piccies, hoping Freddie has got over her big weekend and that everyone else is doing okay.
