AM*3, no, I used a bought Vietnamese Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls. I served that in little tiny bowls. I also added a lime wedge to the plates. I checked the ingredients of the dip and it looks like it would be easy to make.

I haven't seen it for years ... but when I used to go to Vietnamese restaurants they served a similar dip with fresh slices of carrot ... loved munching on those carrots.
