Hi again! Thanks for everyone's advice. I am not comfortable approaching the neighbor myself so I have sent an email to my property manager and was really nice about it all. I just asked if they wouldn't mind having a word and asking him to stop. I don't like to make a fuss but I am just not comfortable with him entering my property. 🙂
