Thanks, Bushies. Woolies sell already cooked beetroot with no additives, so I use that. It's cheaper than buying it fresh and cooking it, and it tastes the same.
A Korean BBQ is a small, portable BBQ that you use a small gas canister to heat. It's like a gas hotplate ... if you've ever been to a Korean restaurant, you'll have seen them on the tables ... you cook your own food on them there.
I'm glad your barbie went well ... and a big LOL at hubby's present. I think I want one, too.
HINT: if you sprinkle some washing powder (just the normal front or top loader stuff), on pavers or wooden planks, and work that in with a wet broom and then wash that off, you get amazing results.
