I have diamond shaped ones (Silicone) and also Shot Glass one's, they are awesome, also Silicone.

 

When I say I, I mean the BM store, so let me know if you want more info.......

Yes!

 

Take one small round Chinese container, fill it full of water and place in your freezer until frozen solid, then tap out the ice block into a suitably small round Chinese-type cloth bag, . . . . then, apply said ice-pack to the . . .  required part of your anatomy. 🙂
