I have tried finding a violet scent. It might have been toilet water, I don't know. An aged care resident I looked after had it in an aerosol type spray can. I thought it was by Yardley, but the yardley stuff I found isn't as pretty as what she had.

 

 

I really hate the Brittany Spears scents. To me they are sickly sweet and smell like bubblegum.

On the fragrantica site you can search for perfumes by note, you might find it under violets.

 

People also leave reviews where they mention other perfumes of the same type that they know.

Pimpy, type violet into the include notes search box, then pick the flower or one of the other options, but the flower is probably the one 🙂

My fav chanel perfume is No 19, although I like most of them.  Have quite a few oils that I choose depending on how I'm feeling, used to love the body shops japanese musk but they don't make it anymore.

 

I wore deeper perfumes like opium when I was younger but prefer lighter ones now........and an old aunty always wore tabu (sorry) so I think of it as an older persons smell, too !

 

I should give the clinigue aromatics to someone....love it on other epople but it stinks on me hahaa

i use soap, water and nivea creme as that is the only one i could find without parabenes (that give you cancer).

 

no make up either and i am very popular with the men, so much in fact that i have the free pick.

 

stuff make up, it does not make you prettier it just makes you look like a clown.
