Next stop Telstra, I'm considering mentioning the ombudsman in my opening sentence
So apparently I didnt pay my July BAS....ooops 
Telstra were useless, complaint lodged with the ombudsman.
Time for a shower and get dressed before I tackle any more corporations 🙂
