Freddie, it was only last week or so, that (with the Rates Notice) I received a voucher for the tip.  Valid for one load only up to 200kg, bring voucher and proof of residency when tipping.

Maybe a quick call to your Council, you might have just missed out on the timing with its issue due to your recent purchase, but you may still be eligible.
