Don't think it could be Syrupsmummy as I very much doubt she is 62 as the OP states she is.  

I think the lady had two names. One sounded Asian and I preferred to call her by that name. Just wish I could remember what the names were.

I was thinking of syrupsmummy. She was Japanese.

No syrups mummy is much younger and never owned Cavaliers and her family has health problems.

However,  I dug further and went too far,  so I'm giving up.

She hasn't been back since Saturday, even for a read, so............
