Council will still charge you but stop collecting !!!

I wish they would pay to take Milk bottles, I drink so much milk
I can half fill my rubbish bin just with those !

SA has had container deposits for many years now and you just dont see cans and bottles laying around.

It doesnt stop people dumping them but they dont stay around very long before kids grab them and pensioners and even homeless people go looking for them to collect the 10 cents each are worth.
