OP, the hate began long before this thread was started.

The source of the hate is none other than .... you guessed it, our very own (drum roll) ...... Pickering !!!!!

Take a good hard look at his hate site (if you can stomach it) - it's all about fear, hate & division.  There's nothing - absolutely nothing - in this man's on-line world that is inviting, empathetic, friendly, moderate, engaging or inclusive.  Nor does it offer feasible solutions.   It's just hate - and the targets of this hatred are sadly the same over and over again - Muslims, Julia Gillard (like some of the posters here, I don't think he's received the news that she isn't the PM), Muslims, Climate Scientists & Muslims to name a few.

Take a look at a few of the comments from his followers - sickening.  More hate.  If you attempt to insert a moderate viewpoint, you get flamed.  Badly.  But the site isn't about allowing contrary views, it's merely a platform for Pickering's hate.
