Oh lovely PD, peaceful and quiet I guess ...... I have a large peppercorn up the back, some of it needs a "hair cut" at least there is only a fence there if something goes wrong.

Punch
How the hell did these guys make such a c ock up ?
You have plenty of space, why the need to drop such a large trunk ?
Could they not lop it off in sections like most seem to do nowadays ?
And even if they did need to drop the whole trunk, why did it fall that way ?
It looks like you have bush behind ?

aps, they did lop most of it down, the trunk you see is probably only half the height or less of what the tree was. In other directions there is a pool, next door, more trees, a cubby etc. not that they didnt have lots of room they way they went, but they only missed by a trunk width really.
At the end of the day we'll have a tree cut down and cut to length for free and the shed should be all back together, not quite the same as when my dad built it, but good enough.

In the past, yes, maybe it was hard to judge the height of a tree etc.
But today, you stand back, point a laser, it gives you a reading of the height to the mm.
Just my HO.
