There is the question mark about Tony Abbott's illegitimate standing as an elected member of our Australian Parliament because he can't/refuses to prove that he renounced his Dual Citizenship.....even his Prime Minister-ship might be questionable and therefore illegitimate?

Tony Abbott Bricks Himself Inside The Prime Minister’s Office

Initial reports are suggesting that Liberal backbenchers are surprisingly impressed by this bold move as, provided no journalist manages to tunnel through the wall, this may be the longest the Coalition goes without a major gaffe.

Not a one off either, he has been down my way  by train on official business before.

I can't see Joe Hockey travelling on a Sydney city rail train!

What about Jules?   She would be able to share the seat with another non-eater.

What do you mean by non eater ?

Just heard Jacqui Lambie say she has an appointment with the Prime Minister on Monday, and she doesn't know who it will be, so how can she prepare.

Well, you had to be there.  It was funny.

Tony Abbott needs more time

NOW is not the time to replace our Prime Minister. The country doesn’t need it. The Liberal Party shouldn’t entertain it and any such decision next Tuesday would plunge this country back into the chaos of the Labor years. And that is the one thing that we cannot afford.

What this country desperately needs is stability, continuity and a longer-term view — time to consider the big issues and develop sensible plans to tackle many of the challenges our country is facing.

We need to move away from a political life-cycle that sees our leaders dumped as soon as the waters get a little choppy. Running the country requires a long-term vision and the time to make that vision flourish. If Tuesday’s party room meeting decides to dump Tony Abbott as PM, Australia will become a laughing stock — a country known for changing leaders almost as often as we change our socks.

The Sunday Herald Sun is the first to acknowledge that Tony Abbott has made mistakes — some of them significant. But despite a series of recent blunders culminating in the so-called “knightmare captain’s pick’’ in giving Prince Philip a knighthood on Australia Day, Tony Abbott needs more time. He has importantly acknowledged his mistakes.

He says he can change, and that he has learnt lessons. Now we need to give him time to prove that he can be a great Prime

Minister.

He should go the full term and the voters should decide.

Turnbull's acceptable because he's got a bit of the leftie in him lol.

Plus he's very presentable. Urbane. I lke that word to describe him:

1.having the polish and suavity regarded as characteristic of sophisticated social life in major cities:
an urbane manner.
2.
reflecting elegance, sophistication, etc., especially in expression:
He maintained an urbane tone in his letters.

In other words, a latte sipping, tofu eating huggy fluffy leftie ! Smiley LOL

(I couldn't get the word do gooder in Smiley Wink)
